So if we’re asking you to invest in us and trust us with your body and your wellness, it’s important you know exactly what you’re getting. We're all about transparency here. No matter what you book, you will never be rushed on the table or out the door. ​ We make sure to have a little wiggle room around each appointment, so once you're done, you have time to regroup, checkout, even re-book if you want, with time to ask your specialist any questions post-service without feeling hurried. ​ We also make sure with your massage and manual therapy appointments that there's ample time to let us know anything you want to let us know before your session starts. We even give you a 5 minute grace period for your appointment start time just in case life happens - we get it. We're here to help you, not add to your stress.

With our Massage sessions, you get the full time you’re paying for. You book an hour, you get a full 60 minutes— not 50 or 55 like most places. The clock starts when the massage starts (unless you’re late, that’s the only way you may not get your full time). ​ For our Corrective Bodywork appointments, session lengths depend on how you respond to treatment. Our booking site will give you the most common timeframes so you know what to expect. We’ll always make sure we have enough time to focus on what your body needs, but here’s the bonus: it's all about efficiency. You get a better, more effective result in less time. ​ When you book a free consultation, we reserve time on our schedule to make sure that we're not distracted and you have our full attention for the time you reserved.

For your entire appointment, you are our priority. We listen carefully to what you need and adjust the treatment (even mid-session if needed) to target those specific goals. Whether you need special attention on certain areas, a particular advanced technique, or have specific goals, we’re here to tailor our services to meet your needs and ensure you get the most effective treatment possible. We even adjust the “little things” to maximize your experience. You want spa music? R&B? 80's hits? We’ve got you. Heat on the table? Check. Whatever it is, we've got your back. (Literally).

At Renewal, we keep things straightforward—no hidden fees, no upcharges for . We believe in transparency, so we lay everything out for you right here. ​ Our booking website has all of our services' pricing laid out for you, and as a reminder, no need to worry about adding in a tip when you're thinking about booking! ​​ When you book a Customized Massage & Bodywork session, we include any of our tools and techniques as needed, or at your request, without any extra cost. So you can pick & choose from your therapist's expertise, or let us decide what's best. Rapid Corrective Reset is more of a manual therapy, so we only use tools when we need to. No upcharges then, either.​​ ​ We have a small fee for prenatal & adolescent clients ($10) to cover the additional care, accommodations, and the extra time reserved on our schedule. ​ Because we don't double-book appointments, and our therapists only get paid for services they've done, we have a strict cancellation policy that charges 50% for any changes within 24 hours, or 100% for a "no-call/ no-show". If we ever have to cancel or reschedule on you? You get a 10% discount when you come back in for the inconvenience.

Tipping is never expected. And we mean it. We totally understand why you might want to provide a tip: it’s to show your gratitude for a job well done. Thank you! If you would LIKE to give a tip to your therapist, you can— just know that we don't want you to tip because you feel like you have to, and it's truly okay if you don’t. ​ Other ways to show your appreciation are leaving a detailed review for your therapist or referring someone new. But truly the very best tip we can receive is to see you again! The massage and bodywork industry is known for tipping. At most places, therapists only get paid a very small percentage of what you pay, hoping that you as the client will make up the difference. Not to mention, the prices barely cover the overhead to give you a great experience, especially for small businesses and solopreneurs. At Renewal, we set our prices to make sure our therapists can get paid fairly, and still cover everything we need to give you an exceptional experience every time, no matter what.

From hiring only high-quality, experienced therapists to studying the science behind how our treatments actually work in the body, we’ve done our homework to be able to help you meet your goals in the most efficient way. ​ Through their years of experience, our therapists have focused on finding & practicing the best, most effective techniques and continue to keep up with the most recent studies on how the body’s muscle, fascia, lymphatic, and nervous systems & the brain all work together. They’ve also got years under their belts mastering how to keep you as comfortable as possible during treatments. We're committed to never stop learning about what can help you best. Every bit of knowledge we’ve got goes into making sure you get exactly what your body needs.

We’ll never cut corners on your safety. You can rest assured knowing that we set aside specific time after each appointment to sanitize the room & all tools, and without harsh chemicals. If you're dealing with a specific health condition, we’re careful to use only the techniques that are safe and effective for you. We don’t play around when it comes to contraindications. That means if your condition makes treatment unsafe, we’ll be honest with you—no risks taken. Most of the time, we’ll be able to modify and adjust treatments to fit your specific conditions. And if we can't help you with your specific goals, or if our work isn't helping you after so many treatments, we'll let you know & refer you to someone from a network of practitioners that we trust to give you the same amount of care that we do. We don't promise a fix for everyone; we do promise that we'll do our very best to help you- whether that means with us or without. You are our priority.

We designed our services in a way that makes it simple for you. We've taken away the menu you might be used to, with a ton of options (and lots of you guessing and googling). Instead, we have just a few services that target very specific goals and give different results. Choose based on your goals, and let us take it from there.
